The Baking process starts on Wednesday and is complete on friday, Pick up is Friday afternoon 2-6pm

Why Sourdough?

Sourdough bread has been used for thousands of years! We love that it has 4 simple ingredients: Flour, water, starter and salt. The starter is essentially flour and water which ferments in ideal temperatures and becomes alive like yeast, but less commercial and so much better for you! The sourdough process takes up to 2 days, which lends a unique tangy taste, and adds a beautiful crust while still soft inside. It also freezes well, so make sure you slice and freeze whatever you don't eat. Enjoy!

We feed our chickens a variety of seeds in addition to their wholesome feed. We also partially ferment some of their feed for greater nutrient absorption, easy digestibility and better overall health to add to more nutrients in our fresh eggs.
